I'm suddenly getting those "CreateFragmentsFromFile" messages a lot, too. A quick Google search leads me to believe it has something to do with players using custom sprays, but I'm not sure why this didn't happen on my server before (at least, not that I noticed). However, my server is more crowded now than it has been in a long time, so maybe I'm just seeing more of these messages because there are more people playing.
