We got a server crash today (segmentation fault) right after a team switch 
on pl_badwater. Some seconds before the crash, the console showed:

Dropped nina from server (Disconnect by user.)
Entity 1061 (class 'tf_ammo_pack') reported ENTITY_CHANGE_NONE but 
'm_hOwnerEntity' changed.

The syslog shows this seg fault informations:

srcds_i486[30261]: segfault at 80001 ip b592a797 sp bfe989b0 error 4 in 
server_i486.so[b5065000+d21000]
