It's not really an issue at our 2 TF2 servers. Hell with 6 demomen you can put up a hell of a defence - or offensive attack. Sometimes there is too many same classes (usually snipers) on the server but thats all part of the game. Next time they are smarter while picking the class or teammates keep nagging/bitching untill some of the team learn to switch classes into something else and become more usefull.
If you think this as a player point of view, he tries to change to some class -> wont work due to limit. Next thing that happens, he gets frustrated and either leaves the server, stands in base trying to get that particular class all the time or plays some other class.
