There seems to be somekind of script laying around on certain players
which they can execute upon joining our TF2 servers. It makes the player
able to enter into a full server at any given time.

Basically it seems to connect & disconnect ~10 times per second and
during that point, someone of the current players gets dropped due to
"Client overflowed reliable channel" or whatever that message was, and
the exploiter is able to access into the server. The trick is that the
connection flood is stopped as soon as the player gets in. In-game chat
displayes as multiple connects to the server (as shown with hlstatsx)
and chat is filled with "Player X joined to server" which resulted me to
investigate this further in the first place as the thing seems to be
occuring only while certain players connect in to the server.

What i am asking here (from Valve), would it be simple to make an
automatic ban trigger after lets say 5 connection attempts is being made
in 10 seconds? Similiar to 5 rcon hacking attempts ban. The current
thing is unfair to the current players on the server and i can't be
sitting on the server 24/7 to monitor these things.
