We've had this problem some updates ago, now I see them again. After getting a few players from lobbies the server dies and no one connects anymore.
Console output: Server is hibernating Connection to Steam servers lost. VAC secure mode is activated. Connection to Steam servers lost. VAC secure mode is activated. Connection to Steam servers lost. VAC secure mode is activated. I've got the sv_region cvar commented in the configuration file (Though it still is set as 255).
