Yes, tried all the regular stuff. Servers are hosted in a datacenter, client doesn't get FW'ed. Servers are connected 100Mbit almost directly on the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (couldn't get much better than that).
Perhaps this is an Europe issue or whatever, but its surely driving us insane.
