Yeah, usually when there is a problem, the people being in Europe have 
that. Valve is in US so if stuff works for them there, it doesn't mean 
it works for us here. There should be a way to specify a content server 
directly in command line or a dedicated content server just for the 
server related stuff (dedicated server materials etc). As far as i know, 
now the servers are just like Steam clients. If the servers are out of 
resources, then we have issues. It also would be Valves benefit to give 
us dedicated servers so especially in peak times, like the upcoming L4D2 
demo release, there would be bunch of servers available at the time when 
all systems are go and Gabe pushes the red button.
