So I'm assuming the server is connectable for all clients inside and outside
of your lan?

If you're hosting it at home I would double check you have all of the needed
ports opened (Worst comes to worse open up 27000-27050 just to verify this
is not the issue). If it's at a data center I have no idea and you can
disregard this entirely.
