Well, dproto isn't a crack theoretically. It doesn't even touch any of Valve files. Witch means, that there are no problems with EULA. So I don't see any country law problems here. So, as we know - most of ISP's allow to upload metamod plugins without any restrictions. And anyone can upload this sh...t to server without ISP knowledge about it.
In other hand, about the ISP responsibility. There are such things like ISP/Client agreements witch make client responsible for the custom content that he uploads during the server rent time. We complain ISP for renting cracked servers. Maybe maxrate.pl doesn't even know what dproto does. They got complains about the plugin after the update and asked us. We told them what we told and not they will know what to do. Not to support that client or maybe suspend his account or... maybe warn about the plugin.
