But you're making yourself responsible by asking how to fix a problem related to cracked servers and being aware of the situation.
Just FYI, simply saying "I'm not responsible" (and even if the contract is valid, and even if your customer agrees to it) you're the one someone will come after if they cared enough, not your customer.
