Hmm, perhaps I noticed a trend.

I've kept hearing about people complaining on how the recent updates made
their game (TF2) crash while switching servers, changing maps.
Which lead me to think that people who crash on connect remain as "ghosts".

And sure enough. I invited a friend to join me on a server that I was
playing on and on his initial connect to my server the game crashed which
lead to 1 more ghost being added.

Now the server is at "players : 30 (33 max)" yet It claims to be full.

Anyone else noticed this?
