Yeah, no doubt on that, but as i said, it´s just advertisement and the "certificate" by itself doesn´t mean anything. From the about 80(!) GSP`s we have in germany, 3/4 offer 1000FPS too, but for reasonable priceings.
I don´t know about the licencing fees, but if it´s "just" 600 per year then it still makes no sense to charge ~50bucks for 13slots/month especialy for those who are ESL certified and in the same rush in the top10 of most selling GSP providers, wich in germanys case are all ESL certified providers, probably due the certificate, even that one of them has heavy difficulties on their support and keeping a flawless server performance (since years!). At least i´m not somone who want to pay somone else so he can implent a nonsense certificate logo on their homepage, wich obviously everyone can have by paying 600€ and showing off a FPS graph from an empty server. I´m pretty sure not the only one thinking so. It´s the same thing like with brand/no-brand stuff in stores while at the end most stuff came from the same factory. The "logo" just makes the price. Sadly it isn´t easy to teach people that the same stuff happens on the gameserver market. Most are to lazy to spend a minute and check out some forums for feedbacks and so eventualy safe alot of money. Last but not least, everyone has the rights to choose what they want and judge by their own. Anyway, while i read back i think the topic is a little too offtopic to be discussed on this list.
