geez....do I have to hold your hand to the "big boy's room"? I gave you a potential solution....get your community name trademark.....hire a lawyer to send Valve a notice of trademark infringement (caused by fake servers claiming your trademark)...then perhaps sue if Valve does nothing.
Case closed. Sure, it may be expensive.....but it's either the threat of a lawsuit or you give Valve a boatload of money to fix it; carrot or the stick (preferably, a stick with thorns on it) G.
