It's not 0:1 or 0:0 auth related and it is widespread than it would
appear. I asked 15 people on the irc, 9 had item issues, 5 of them only
having 0:1 id, rest were 0:0 and still having issues. One booted steam
client and wishes now that he would not have done that as items stopped
working.
