That would be wrong.

mp_forceautoteam is a boolean, not a team number.  Setting it to 1 is
supposed to assign players to a team based on the game's random rules.  On
TF2, the random rules are done differently on attack/defense cp and payload
than they are on the other types... it assigns a player to BLU if the teams
have the same number of players.  On all other game types, it assigns a
player to a team randomly.
