[hlds_linux] TF2 Replay Reconstruction

Does anyone know if it is possible to create one long replay of an 
entire match with the .dmx / .block files stored on the remote replay 
file host?  I have the replay system running on my server and a user is 
making an accusation that another player was hacking, but has no demo 
proof.  I was wondering if this is possible as it would be a useful tool 
in verifying such claims.
