This is where votekicks/bans work well. If I cannot tell someone is hacking
but I've gotten enough "reputable complaints" then I will just start a
banvote, but only ban for 2 or 3 days. If they ARE aimbotting then they
probably will just assume they've been banned for ever and won't be coming
back. in the rare case they aren't aimbotting however they might come bak
and ask wtf is going on, which then you just admit what happened and state
why you banned them - for suspicion of aimbotting. As long as you're
transparent about your actions most people don't worry about being
banned/kicked - either they like your server enough to rejoin when needed
or they will never come back, and in that case you can just assume they
were a random pub - and int he long haul of the game now being F2P you
shouldn't worry about losing one or two people.
