People are using their credit cards from their banks, because Valve hasn't
implemented credit card blocking for cheaters yet.
I also think that Valve should limit game purchases to the big 3 credit
cards, Visa, Master card, American Express, and maybe paypal master cards. I
dont think Steam allows the use of EBT (prepaid) or one time use credit
cards, but I could be wrong.
If people can use one time CC's, then Valve could probably block them as
well. But you know how big businesses are when it comes to their profits.
Most companies won't block any type of incoming purchases, even if it's
coming from a cheater.
They just want the revanue.
