Nobody has a clue, but sometimes stuff happens. And they are working on it , and sometimes not. We can chit chat all we want in the end, but it will not make valve work faster. Best is to give proper feedback and wait and hope a bit..

Both are mutually exclusive. Which leads me to the inevitable conclusion that you have absolutely no clue at all what Valve are or aren't doing with TF2 or anything else.
