While stated a bit short this is probably a real important question. I "care" because it makes my server look not as impressive when compared to their numbers. You (the person who originally brought the complain/thread) have to just see that you are competing on different grounds, there shouldn't be anything about their existance that undermines your own.
It's a little slap-in-the-face-y to see these NOSTEAM servers ranked so popularly but it's not as if people are being duped or they are making money hand over fist with them. There aren't a whole ton of hacked servers, so I imagine the few that are there are good at keeping full.
