Hello.
I'm getting an error while following this page's instructions :

Basically, I log in with my own steam account (I disabled Steam Guard to
make sure it wasn't interfering) and when I try to install CS:GO, I get:
app_update 740 validate
ERROR! Failed to request AppInfo update, not online or not logged in to
Steam.
Trying to login another time results in a timeout...
I'm not sure of how to fix this, has anybody else found a way around
this problem?
