I don't know that any of these things are actually issues, but for
mg_hostages you don't have these set:
"imagename" "mapgroup-hostage"
"nameID" "#SFUI_Mapgroup_hostage"
You could try adding cs_italy to your group and see if that has any
effect. Maybe if you name the groups the same as those in
gameservers.txt they have to match exactly with what is defined there.
I'm grasping at straws though as this config set up is still rather
confusing to me as well.
