I believe it is my host that was causing the issue, I'm not entirely certain if they understood all the parameters that needed to be set like game_type and game_mode...but it MIGHT be my fault for having my files not in the directory they want it installed in. Anyways I emailed them because the command line was missing +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_cs_office
