We got the Problem that the MOTDs are sometimes Showing and sometimes
not(They are shown from time to time).
Also i dont think that HL2DM has a Way to disable HTML MOTD.

Its worked before, but it broke quite some time ago, and seeing that

works on some peoples machines, its been near impossible to debug.
