Disreguard my question above. I did not read your question right and thought you meant the colors were showing while in a server. Just an idea, but steam holds some info in the cloud, for example an in game spray. So if you play on 1 computer, then logout, and play on a different computer it will restore the settings from the last time logged in. With that said, Has the user edited/added anything in the past to his game menu or where ever the odd colors are showing ? I don't know if it's possible, but maybe something was edited in the past which is reloading from the steam cloud ?
