The quickplay article here makes no mention of it: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2825-AFGJ-3513 and I can't find anywhere where it is explicitly stated that fixed weapon spreads disables you from Quickplay. Googling really doesn't result in any concrete answers. There are a few people who are saying it's in the "blacklisted" cvars which I can't find any reference to.
