I'd like to thank people on this list for their feedback.
I'm now running 2 servers in about 7.5Gb less disk space. I'll be
interested to see what happens on the next update :)

And thats where it stops. I don't see any network traffic happening other
than clients trying to connect to the stopped servers.

SteamCMD works, but as we know, TF2 is not available via that process
yet...
