I'm seeing a lot of this in my server consoles for Condition Zero.:

SV_ReadClientMessage: too many cmds 63 sent for <player name>/<ip>
Dropped <player name> from server
Reason: CMD_MAXBACKUP hit
SV_ReadClientMessage: badread

Has something changed?
