The convar documentation should be self-explanatory. But here's the gist: sv_netspike - same as -netspike command line argument, but you can change the threshold on the fly. sv_netspike_sendtime_ms - dumps netspike report based on server CPU time to prepare snapshot, instead of payload size sv_netspike_output - specifies where netspike reports get output
