Nomaan, I know the difference between nullrouting and actual DDoS packet filtering. If you read carefully, what I said was - you have protection until 10-15 Gbit. If the attack is amplified greater than 10 Gbit, they might null route your IP temporarily to protect the hardware etc.
These two providers are great with their DDoS protection considering the prices they offer - which are affordable.
