Since I had the (possibly somewhat unique) experience of seeing this problem from both the client side and server side at the same time when it happened, I have some console excerpts from both sides at the time of disconnect.
Unfortunately I don't have timestamps for every single line on the server side, because I let my console.log file saturate at 2GB several months ago (oops). However I can confirm that the system clocks on the client side and server side were exactly in sync (to within 1 second).
