What is the difference between setting: sv_voicecodec vaudio_speex &
sv_voicecodec steam?

Does "steam" = vaudio_speex + sv_use_steam_voice "1"?

Does "vaudio_speex" = vaudio_speex + sv_use_steam_voice "0"?

Or is it something completely different? I'm a bit confused.
