Better to add in one of the Bayesian classification tools that have
been added for Ruby. (This would also be cool as an external tool to
suggest classification tags.) RBLs don't work and are overly political
in nature. Ruwiki, when I get back to it, will never support RBLs
(either in the core or in contributed code).
