Now the daunting task of putting an index on this sucker. That's part of the rationale for putting as much as possible in this book. Don't have a professional indexer available. Will be building a concordance document to use with Word. Any volunteers for phrases to be indexed? Trying to make this useful, by creating an index of problems to be solved and where to find the answers.
