How many of those 95% won't even try your application because it runs on Flash? I know I'm one of them. My Firefox runs for weeks. It crashes a few hours after I run a flash application. Regardless, Flash is a non-starter for me. It's a closed platform, so even if it was fabulous, I'd avoid. Just like I avoid the iPhone. But Flash is quickly becoming superseded by HTML5. There are millions of Flash programmers out there who are all going to be chasing a shrinking number of jobs.
