Suzannah from the Barquin office is now freed up to start proofreading (aka proof-reading) the book for typos and formatting issues starting today.
(Any additions from here on out will be added as appendices.) We will then: 1. Create a PDF to be posted on the "Books" section of Hobocentral.net 2. Publish a version for those who want a hard copy on LuLu.com 3. Provide the DOCX source for an "open source" version that can migrated to Lyx/LaTex) and updated and enhanced by the community.
