Suzannah is going to accumulate any new tickets as she edits. I uploaded the 2011-05-18 version in Word and PDF. The ODT conversion failed on Word 2007. Suzannah has Office 2010 and hopefulling that will work. As Kevin mentioned, once we get this out we will work on getting it in Lyx to reduce the editing and formatting headaches with such a large document. It will also allow easier contributions from members of the community.
