Quite frankly, we should have released 1.3.0 6 months ago.   We have
certainly found bugs since then, but not very many.   It would have
been released without complete documentation, but that would have been
better than no release.  We just didn't think it would take 6 months
to do a couple of weeks worth of work.

The code itself is definitely ready to go.   I fixed the last bug that
was bothering me yesterday.

I haven't received much feedback about the 1.3.0 documentation on
cookbook-staging.hobocentral.net.   Is that because nobody's noticed
any problems or because nobody except for Bob has looked at it?   I'm
looking for feedback on the content, not the code, because we'll
probably use Bob's rails3 port of the cookbook.
