A while back I added a simple moderation scheme. So if anybody wants to volunteer to help moderate, that will help too.
But something like a captcha will help too. With the moderation spamming the cookbook is pretty pointless, so adding something to break the spammer's scripts will hopefully cause them to abandon the scripts rather than fixing them...
