The actual layout is inside your theme. For bootstrap, this would be: https://github.com/Hobo/hobo_bootstrap/blob/master/taglibs/page.dryml
The whole point of Hobo is that it gives you the flexibility to adjust exactly what you need to change, and nothing else.
