Hi Ignacio, upgrade to Hobo 2.1.0.pre1 fixed the Autocomplete issue! So i assume, that it was some Javascript Version compatibility issue.
If anybody else is fighting with Heroku deployment: My findings are in the Gist <https://gist.github.com/haslinger/8036900>. The demo app is on Github<https://github.com/haslinger/autocomplete-has_many-demo>, the running Demo on Heroku<http://autocomplete-has-many-demo.herokuapp.com/> . The only thing remaining is the strange behavior that one 'Enter' to much deletes the form field, which doesn't bother me enough to investigate further.
