First of all, sorry for not answering before to this topic: I wanted to
reproduce the issue and look at it carefully and I haven't had time
until now.

But you were faster and fixed it yourself :). As you said, there was
probably some JS library version making noise. Let's leave it as it is
and see if the issue reappears in the future.

And thanks a lot for the Heroku updated gist, very useful!
