looks like it could be fun ...
d/l it and will play a bit.

POVray anims ...
have toyed with the process ...
just figuring out how POVray anim making works.
still thinking of the joss stick smoke or steam
rising from a bowl of soup but the whole *smoke*
thing is tough to simulate. getting a grip on how
to render the *media* to look right is tricky ...
even for POVers who know what they are doing. ;)
but i should be able to spin a can easily enough.
hmmmmm ... i'm thinking a translucent can would
be called a jar, eh? ;)
perhaps it could start as a can and become transparent
or even dissapear ... leaving only soup on the table.
btw ... using paint shop pro animator ...
i can save them as gif or mpegs or avi but there is
no provision for saving as png.

we will see.
am off to the woods for another weak or so and should
have some time to play with some ideas there.
have been working on a great *splash* with ripples ...
but need to refine it a bit.
the idea of animating some ripples/waves has also
lodged itself in my head.

perhaps i can convince george dubya to pass a law
making a day 36 hours long so i will have more time.
all in the name of freedom of course.

c u then.

ps ... still love ya joyce.
