Yes.
These shrooms are growing amongst some others that are more prototypically agaric.
When i saw them, the film Fantasia came to mind. Agaric were featured prominently there.

I never chop mushrooms
- for some reasons
if they cook in themselves whole they retain their
flavour
The best tasting wild mushroom I have had is the parasol
(which I think is
an agaric)
I picked it first on the nearby Common (sort of waste ground that is
open and managed)
added salt and peeper (had to chop - it is big)
and made it into an omlette
yum - it can not be confused with other agarics (some of which are
deadly)
and is easy to identify
