I tried earlier today with the PeaceGeese to have the image display right in
the wiki, i did everything right, and had the same results as you. I tried to
fake it and was partially succcessful.
If you get into editing mode, find the little icon that says media or
multimedia (when you hover over it). You can then paste in the url for the
image right after the first : in the string.
The image should appear normally EXCEPT that right before it, the following
appeared for me >"Media I think this is a bug in the wiki code.
I tried using the icon for images, but when i used that one, all it did was
display the url.
Maybe someone else can figure it out? I have to admit to not reading all of the
instructions!
Thanks again for the inspiration about mushrooms for breakfast.
love and peace poetry,
joyce
==============
Have passed on your message to wikicities tech support
- thanks for trying
we learnt a lot from wikipedia - and got two web pages
from peoples efforts for tmxxine and ASQ
the mushrooms are gone - cold is not their favourite
wild food eating is amazing - (the spinaches, sorrel, fat hen, nettles
are delicious - far tastier than commercial spinach)
but we will have to wait for spring for them
I dont think mushrooms freeze well at all
but the chinese oyster mushrooms are fantastic
- yum
I am gonna do some more at wikicities
- hey we got a retreat to organise :-)
