PT Barnum's 'See the egress' =======      On one of the Dervish formats a fraudster      who some clever dervishes had met      and considered a 'good' person      managed to get a donation from a gullible member of several thousand dollars       - my advice at the time was to send the idiot fraudster more money - that after all is sadly all he wants . .
