The "rendezvous[*]" service used by BTMM is the Domain Name System.  There 
isn't anything particularly magical about BTMM that prevents dyndns.org or 
anyone else from implementing their own Wide-area Bonjour  domain using DNS 
servers outside of Apple's control.  Indeed, some folks do exactly that with 
their home networks using their own DNS servers.  Check out
