I believe source based routing is needed somewhere.

Either it's done between the ISP routers and that's it, or we expand the standards so all routers in the home understands this.

ISP1 router says it's the default router for ISP1 PD prefix, ISP2 router says it's the default router for ISP2 PD prefix, and then they understand each other and if one happens to get traffic sourced from the others prefix, it's now properly forwarded to that ISP CPE.

I remember the discussion from a year ago, hasn't anything progressed since that? Hm, that might have been in v6ops though.
