In general, I don't think you do.

A recursive delegating router is one that will request a prefix, then load that 
as configuration into its own DHCP server and accept delegation requests from 
downstream, allocating out of that prefix.  It's feasible, but awkward.  You 
could instead, as I understood you were intending, run as a relay and forward 
downstream delegations instead.

I still think the OSPF solution is better for homenet.
