I still think the Homenet WG should pay far more attention to seamless WiFi 
handover, it is critical. I did not wait for an outcome, I have my WLC :-).

On host based multi-path, there is a highly experimental MPTCP based solution, 
that could work better than my WLC infra. And cheaper... It uses tricks with 
One NIC + multiple STA + (optional) channel switch + sleep mode.
